Refreshing Fab Kiwi Smoothie

With the hot summer here, I was craving a refreshing kiwi smoothie. To make a cold smoothie, use cold water and frozen fruit. For example, frozen, chopped banana or grapes.

Easy recipe: Serves 2
1 cup water
 2 cups organic spinach
 1 kiwi
 1 cup grapes
 1 large banana
 Blend

Calories: about 128 per serving
