Fab Banana Plum Smoothie

Don’t have time to eat breakfast before heading out? Try making an easy Fab Banana Plum Smoothie for a grab and go breakfast. It’s packed with nutrients and doesn’t make you feel sluggish at work.

Easy recipe: Serves 2
 1 cup water, preferably cold (add a 1/2 cup more if you like the consistency of your smoothie thinner)
 1 cup arugula
 1 cup spinach
 1 banana, skin peeled
 1 plum, seed removed
1 orange, skin removed
Blend
