Easy recipe: Serves 2
• 2 small to medium size avocados, halves lengthwise, pitted
• 1/2 pear, diced
• 4 to 5 tbsp lite greek yogurt (featured here is Yoplait greek 100 calories vanilla flavor yogurt)
• 1 tbsp freshly squeeze lime juice
• 1 lime, quartered (optional)
